Arresto Menor

I used to work as regular employee sa isang subcon Company. I filed an immediate resignation last January due to delay ng sahod na umaabot ng more than a month. My problem now is they are forcing me to sign a Quitclam and Release Waiver na ang nakasaad ay pinagbabawalan kaming magApply sa ibang gaya naming subcon na may parehas na pinagkukunan ng project kundi di ko makukuha ang last pay at coe ko. Legal po ba ito? Maraming salamat

yes legal ang non compete but hindi ka nila pwedeng ihostage yung salary mo kapalit nito. ito ay dapat pinapirma sayo nung una kang natanggap sa trabaho.

Rank and File employee po ako, ako po ang unang resigned employee na pinapipirma nila ng ganito. May karapatan po ba akong tanggihan ang pagpirma sa NonCompete agreement? Ang kinakatakot ko po ay baka di ako mabigyan ng COE

yes pwede kang tumanggi. if hindi ibigay ang COE pwede ka magsumbong sa dole. if umabot sa hearing medyo matatagalan bago ma resolve so you just have to weigh if mas ok pumirma and hindi ka makapag trabaho sa same industry or wag pumirma and ma delay kung ano man ang ihold ng companya
