Arresto Menor

Gud day! I have unpaid restrucrured credit card accounts. "Lawyers" have been calling me and demanding payment in full. Written notices came from banks and law firms. Cannot pay yet due to unemployment. What can I do?

what i recommend is that you do not change office or residence address without informing the credit card company so that there will be no presumption of fraud.

keep talking to them and hopefully you can work out a deal.
