Hi,

My ex husband lawyer was asking me to submit a letter that I'm okay with the annulment.I'm not sure what the content of the letter should be. Will it also be okay to include child support request in it?

Please help.

i do not see what purpose he might have with the letter. It might even be used to deny the petition because the parties are in collusion.

you have the right to request for child support regardless of what letter it is contained in.

I'm wanting annulment as well I just couldn't understand why am i suppose to create a letter requesting for annulment. I really have no clue how or what the proceedings will be. He is asking me to create the letter this friday to be submitted to his lawyer. He told me I could put in bad things about him that made me decide to leave him. By the way we are separated for 5 years already with 2 kids one is with him and the other is with me. Please advice what would be the best thing to do.

good day,

me and may ex wife are seperated since 2004,and i filed an annulment last 2009.ofcourse my exwife never sign the paper bcoz she because of my money.i alredy pay 100thousan to my lawyer but still there's no progress.my question is can i hire another lawyer to help me in this case?
