Arresto Menor

I've recently requested a refund on an Item (500 php) online and by physically via remittance centers. I got the credit back online (500php), and they issued that I can claim another credit on the remittance center. , but I already got my credit back online. If I claim the other 500, even I already got my refund, will that be Illegal?

Why did they say that you can claim another refund on their physical store? Was it in precaution if in case you were not able to receive the online refund?

If you have already received said refund and there is no acceptable reason to ask for ANOTHER refund, then betchay's response is appropriate.

I humbly implore you to do what is right.
