I know it's her option to use her maiden name but I am worried for our children. It might get confusing for them why she's using her maiden name. Other thing is everytime we fill out some documents, it's really annoying to ask her what name she have used or when someone is asking why is she using her maiden name.
Is there something I can do? If she's using her maiden name, do i have the right to say she doesnt have the right on my properties as well? or can I decide on my will to name it to our daughter instead?
Can you enlighten me what are the Pros and Cons on her decision?
