Folks,

My late father died last Nov 2009, and as we are sorting out the documents of our family home, only now have we realized that there is an ESTATE TAX to be filed. So basically almost 8 years na unpaid ang Estate Tax. It is our FAMILY HOME, and zonal value is around 1.2M here.

Can anyone help me estimate the Estate Tax INCLUDING all penalties accumulated for the past 8 years since 2009/2010 when my father passed away?

they are passing an amnesty for estate taxes. i would suggest you wait till that bill is passed. i think it will be much cheaper
