Arresto Menor

My husband was arrested last week for illegal possesion of drugs but without any warrant and upon searching the officer didnt find any but they still detain him and next morning they planted drugs and money and said it was belong to him the drug test is negative there are no fingerprint on the said evidence and was file a 7/11 case what should we do ?
