Good Day,

Gusto ko lang po malaman kung may karapatan ba ang father ko sa nirerentahan nyang lupa for 30yrs, ngayon na naniningil po ang owner sa mga months and years na hindi nakabayad ang father ko. May karapatan po kaya sya or may chance po ba na mabawasan ang utang nya kahit papaano. Php19,800 na po ang rent monthly this year.
