Arresto Menor

Dineploy ako ng agency ko sa isang malaking telecommunication company for almost 3 years and netong December 31, 2016 nag end na yung contract ko, hanggang ngayon di nila ako hinahanapan ng kumpanyang lilipatan ko(naghahanap din naman ako). May pananagutan ba ang agency ko na ihanap ako ng lilipatan after matapos ang contract ko? Maraming salamat sa sasagot.

wala naman po nakalagay sa contract ko na ihahanap nila ako ng lilipatan. pero kasi napanood ko sa TV na sabi ni Sec. Bello na kailangan ata mahanapan ng lilipatan.

2 weeks lang din yung notice sa akin na di na ako makakapag renew sa telecom company na pinapasukan ko.
