i got credit card from PNB and hasnt been paid for few months last year. i received a txt message from the bank that they endorsed my account to CMAP and BAP. and other txt message few days after PNB, says its from Metropolitan Trial Court abd they will send me a subpoena for ESTAFA. im willing to pay my cc bill to the Bank. and im willing to make a payment arrangement. what would i do to subpoena? please help
