Arresto Menor

Gusto ko lang itanong ang tungkol sa firewall namin. Gusto kasi ng kapitbahay namin na ipasara ang grills namin na nasa side ng firewall namin sa tapat nila. May maliit na eskinita sa pagitan ng mga lupa namin at may setback rin ang bahay namin sa lahat ng sides, kaya ayaw pumayag ng mga kapatid ko. Ano po bang tamang gawin dito?

My Tagalog is bad so I understood only a bit
but if it don't help to talk with the neighbour, then ask Barangay Captain for assistance. (Perhaps he will further (some of) it to handler.)

Usually if it's a firewall, there shouldn't be any openings in the wall. However you're saying that there's a little space between your house and the neighbor's wall. If your house has setbacks (it is a single-detached unit) then they shouldn't concern themselves with the wall on your property.
