Arresto Menor

Hi,

I have a question about a rape case filed by my daughter last 2014 against my partner. There was an issue resolution last March 28,2014 that he was Guilty and no bail is allowed. My question is, as far a I know a warrant of arrest will be issued after a few days and when I asked our Attorney via Pao, she said that we just need to wait for the warrant. I want to know if a warrant still be released? This case was a false accusation by my daughter. Will my partner still have A case?
