Is there a statute of limitations on money claims?
Like payment to services rendered on partnership to establish a kindergarten/primary school 12yrs ago. The services was fully rendered and the school is fully functioning and operational now.
The other party fully acknowledged the services rendered and promised to pay for the services rendered. There was a demand letter as well. However, there was no small claims court during that time.
The claim definitely will fall in the small claim court.
