Hi there,

Does anybody know what is the statute of limitations for credit card debts here in the Philippines?

I do have a credit card back in 2005 and in 2007 i have stopped paying for obvious reasons, financial difficulties. I was just wondering if my record is still on the credit bureau or has completely gone. What am saying is, if you've not been paid for 5 years or 6 years what happened to your credit cards debts?

advice would be gladly much appreciated.

Cheers,

Maria
