Our house is situated near an orchard which is not ours. When the landlord passed away, he wrote the name of my father as beneficiary of that 3-hectares land under Voluntary Land Transfer of CARP. He signed the map which was transmitted to DAR but we do not have any legal papers for it as of yet.
Now the daughter of the deceased landlord was claiming the land. She claimed that she did not receive her supposed 3 hectares share in the family retention limit. She does not manage or actually till the land as she lives in the US.
