Transfer Of Title Question

Hi Sirs,

Badly needed advice on how to settle my deceased Father's property.

My father's Land Award Title was supposed to be released last Feb 2014 but unfortunately he passed away before the date of release.

The property is our current house where my Mother & siblings are living in currently, but I am working abroad.

We are planning to have the house renovated and build another house on a vacant part of the land.

Should we have the title processed to be transferred to my Mother's name or can it be transferred directly to my name so I can apply for loan on the property?

you can do the latter but you need the consent of your mother and siblings.
