Arresto Menor

My husband was opted by his employer to report to the head office for 1 month or resign.. is this legal?. What is my husband suppose to do?.. Please give us an advice.. thanks in advance

If your husband wants his job, then he should do what was told. The order is not unlawful therefor it is a valid management order.
