Reclusion Perpetua

Scenario:
Two people living-in, guy owns house. Girl doesn't pay anything, no agreement.
Eventually they break up. Asks girl to leave.
Girl doesn't want to. Demands to stay.
Naturally, Guy doesn't want to do anything harsh (physically/verbally) due to RA 9262
How to proceed?
