Arresto Menor

Yun pong isang kamag anak nmin namatay na, may asawa po sya kya lang po mga 15 - 20 years ng hiwalay at walang komunikasyon. Ngayon po, hinahabol ng nanay nya yung makukuha sa SSS, tinanong po ng SSS kung may asawa sya, sabi po ay meron pero matagal ng walang komunikasyon. May karapatan po ba ang nanay nya sa SSS?
