Hi Sir/s,

Previously, we are in a 9am-6pm (M-Sat) scheme but later change to 9am-7-pm (M-F). The holiday falls on Saturday. May I ask if our 6pm-7pm should cancel by my employer or do we need to follow 9am-7pm (M-F).

cannot understand your question. Use pilipino if nahihirapan ka. Compressed work week is legal and the employer may do it based on its business requirements

Sa setup po ng company namin ay

9am-7pm ang working hours namin (M-F)

Dati kaming nasa 9am-6pm (M-Saturday)

Sa darating na sabado holiday

Yung 6pm-7pm (M-F) ba namin pedeng icancel or ifile as OT?

Sa previous employer ko kasi nangyari na yung pinag-out kami 1 hour before ng timeout dahil sa natapat ng holiday yung Saturday.
