Hi,
I bought my motorcylce last november 20, 2016 in cash. Then paid 1,400 pesos for the registration. Then they told me that it will take 5 - 6 months to be registered. But when i check on their website it said it is only 1 week to 1 month to process. I already sent them emails but they are not responding. Also they make me sign on a waiver that they are not liable when my vehicle got problem on checkpoints and lto due to no paper to show yet. What can I do about this and what is my right as a customer or consumer?
