Arresto Menor

I recently found in my wife's mobile phone that she was sending naked pictures of herself to her ex boyfriend. Is this a possible ground for adultery? Eventhough she said they haven't had sex, i believe they already did but i have no proof.

You must prove a sexual relationship or cohabitation by your wife to her paramour for your adultery case to prosper in court afaik and the paramour knew about your existing marriage. Otherwise, case wont progress.

Her paramour knows about our marriage because his sister is a good friend of my wife and she even attended our marriage. The txt messages between them implies them having having sex already, but as far as having visual proof of them doing the deed, then i have none.

I doubt but seek advise from your legal counsel if those convo are enough, as they are also private (to her) by nature to know if they can be accounted fully, as it is for her eyes only. Say, a video capture of them going inside a motel is enough afaik if you have one.
