Hi. Good day! I just want to ask if lawyers accept expired docs for them to certify/notarize? In my case, my medical certificate indicating I am fit to work just expired last Nov. 24, 2016. I need to bring this document in DFA for them to CAV it. But first I need my docs to be certified by a lawyer. Do u still accept expired docs? Thank you in advance! I am planning to go to Hall of Justice for them to certify my med cert.

not a lawyer but IMHO for documents which has expirations specially medical certificates, the expiration is there as the medical certificate can only certify that you are fit to work from the issuance of the certificate upto its expiration as health status may change any time.
