help nmn po,kasal po kmi ni misis,3 po anak namin,nkipaghiwalay po xa sakin last month,typos nlaman KO po ngayon n buntis siya sa ibang lalake,ano po b pwede Kong gawin legally?and pwede KO po b makuha custody ng mga anak namin?ages 9,4 and 3...need po ng legal opinion.salamat po!

You can sue her for adultery. You just need to assure that the child is not yours to prove your case

Custody of a child is automatically with the mother for children under age 7, unless you can prove that she is an unfit mother.

ano po ba karapatan ng husband sa mga anak niya?kailangan pa po ba nang permission ng xwife ko para maka dalaw ako sa mga anak namin?at Hindi KO ba pwedeng isama ang mga anak ko para mamasyal or pumunta sa parents ko or sa bahay namin page ayaw pumayag no xwife?

It is your right and duty, as a father, to provide for your children.

My advice to you is go to a lawyer and go to court to get custody.

And note
IF the new child isn't yours, make sure that's noticed juridical, because as husband you will be noted as father automaticly, and if that isn't changed, then you will need to pay support for that new child too Sad

SOME cases can be proven NOT to be father by a rather simple blood test, because some blood types at the baby can't be from some blood types at the parents.
(Although to prove WHO is father is a DNA test is needed, and such are expensive.)
