ano po ba pwede kong legal action para dun sa lalake. wala po talaga akong alam sa mga ganito. ni hindi ko nga po alam kung papaano mag file ng kaso. saka medyo gipit din po ako sa pera. papaano po ang gagawin ko.

There is a way na para makaganti ka sa lalake pero I won't advise you to do this. [i]Pagna-aktuhan mo na nagse-sex ang asawa mo at yung lalake you can immediately kill the guy without any criminal liability, as provided by Article 247 of the revised penal code which states, Any legally married person who having surprised his spouse in the act of committing sexual intercourse with another person, shall kill any of them or both of them in the act or immediately thereafter, or shall inflict upon them any serious physical injury, shall suffer the penalty of destierro.

Kung mapapansin mo ang Art. 247 at Concubinage ay parehas lang ang penalty na destierro. Destierro means "penalty in a criminal case wherein the accused is precluded from entering the place or places designated in the sentence, or within the radius therein designated, which shall include a distance of 25 kilometers at least, and 250 kilometers at most, from the place designated."

What I'm afraid lang with this, malaman ng court na staged ang ginawa nyo ng asawa nyo baka balikan naman kayo.

makikisingit lang po. Ibig nyo po bang sabihin kung sakaling maaktuhan ng asawang lalaki/babae ang kanyang asawa na amy kasex na iba ay pwedeng patayin na walang anumang kaso? Pero kung sakaling mapatawad po ng asawa ang kanyang ginawa ay wala hindi na po ba pwede ng magdemanda sa kalaguyo?
