Good afternoon. I am a fresh grad. Yung una ko pong pinagtrabahuan for 4 months (Company A), due to certain circumstances ay hindi na pwede magoperate. Nagdecide si owner ni Company A na ilipat ako sa kapatid niya (Company B). Ngayon ang alam ng manager namin sa Company A, itutuloy lang yung probationary period ko na naspend sa Company A. Ngayon ang nangyari sa deal ko sa Company B, from 14k naging minimum pero may commission per tao na mahihire ko, pero nagkaron naman ako ng pasok ng Sabado (sa Company A Monday to Friday lang), tapos yung OT hindi siya nagbabayad and start ulet ang probationary ko (kumbaga hindi tumupad sa usapan si Company B). I asked my co workers kung panu ba pamamalakad ng boss namin dito sa Company B, and nalaman ko na parang wala siya balak magbigay ng written contract samin. Tipong nakasulat lang sa notebook ni boss yung terms namin. Nagsabi din si boss na bibigyan ako computer pero until now sarili kong laptop dala ko. I have stayed at Company B for 9 days since Nov. 16 2016.

I'd like your advise po gusto ko na magresign ASAP kase parang hindi fair yung boss namin. May right po ba siya na tanggihan ako if I want to resign immediately? Do I have to finish 30 days after ko magbigay ng notice? Anu po ba mga dapat at hindi ko dapat gawin? Napakabiglaan kase ng turnover ko from Company A to Company B and honestly ayoko dito since parang nambabarat ang

Please enlighten me po, maraming salamat po.

MEron o walang contract, kailangan mong mag-render ng 30 days.

Kung ako sayo, tapusin mo na lang probationary status mo. magbigay ka ng letter na hindi ka mag-paparegular. Kung lumagpas na yung proby period mo e kailangan mo talagang mag-render ng 30 days.
