gud day, im new here. i just signed a contract in an institution here in cebu. Ive signed a 3 yr contract. but ive noticed that the institution has poor management. in fact, every year they would hire new employers because of their management. what should i do? i want to resign. but my employer keeps on threatening me that if i do, they will revoke my license and they would make me pay 100k.
our working days is mon-fri but whenever there are activities on weekends and we were not able to attend under circumstances they would deduct 3 days on our salary, are they following the labor code? im willing to send the copy of my contract.. i really need a legal advice.. they keep on threatening us.

Why are you on a three year contract? are you a project employee or is it a a training bond?

If you are not trained, you can render 30-days resignation. But to be sure, have your contract reviewed by an ATTY to check fin prints in the contract

but its not right if they ask money from the employee without due process? they wont sign the resignation letter f d employee make a letter notarized by an attorney that he will pay the certain amount and threatens to revoke the license

Probationary period should be 6 months only not 3 years. I think there's some irregularities in the employer side. File a complaint first.
