i just filed my resignation and a few days later i'm having a feeling that they may not approve my resignation because i haven't finished my contract... but alot of employees of the company i'm working already have resigned without finishing their contract... the hr said that they will have strict implementation this time...
if they don't approve my resignation HOW CAN I QUIT MY JOB WITHOUT HAVING PENALTIES??

they don't have to approve it as long as it is effective after 30 days
