Arresto Menor

Hi, good day to all.

I lost my job four months ago and from there on, i was not able to pay my monthly amortization for my condo unit. The developer sent a letter to me stating that they will cut off my water supply within 5 days upon receipt of the letter if I wont be able to pay my arrears even though I am updated with my water bill.

Can they do that? cut my water supply even though what we were talking about here is  my monthly amortization?
