Hi,
My brother's family is lives with my parents since my brother do not have enough capability to buy own house to take his family. My father had a quarrel with my brother, and my father threatened that something bad will happen if he ever see my brother in our house again. My mother, sister-in-law, three year old nice and 1 year old baby are suffering from these harsh situations (verbal abuse) imposed by my father whenever he comes home drunk. My father however is already 72, and he has been a drunkard since me and my brother were still minors and has suffered from then. I'm already working in Manila and I am always worried of the family i left in the province. My aunt has been the one who supported the family and our studies since my father has no regular job since we were in grade school.
I need advice on legal actions I can take to prevent my father or at least negotiate on the impact he has been imposing on my mother and my brother's family as well. Please help.
