Arresto Menor

Hi! Salamat po sa makakasagot. I really need answers.

Do I still need to go through the process of annullment if my ex husband is not showing up more than 5 years now? He went to middle east for work and no contact since then,I tried to contact and look for him but failed. His parents also dont have an idea his whereabouts up to this moment so we assumed that he is already dead.

Please enlighten me if I need to go through the process of annulment and how can I change my married name back to maiden name. When I check in Cenomar, my married name still appears.

Would highly appreciate your comments and suggestions. Maraming salamat po.

Reclusion Perpetua

Pwede kang mag file sa court ng Declaration of Presumptive Death. Hindi mababago ang civil status mo unless dadaan sa korte.
