Hi,

I am hoping for some guidance regarding my case.
I am married with my first wife, 2 years after our marriage she gave birth to our daughter, 3 months after she left us and went to the US.
I assume that she is a US citizen as her entire family is.
We've never heard from her for the past 15 years.
5 years ago I got married without filing a presumptive death case.
Will my second marriage by null and void?

Please advise.

how were you able to re-marry? your CENOMAR should say you are married to someone, this is a requirement to apply for a marriage license so i doubt the legality of your 2nd marriage.

i myself filed a presumptive death to my absentee husband. but never remarried yet.
