My story goes like this, when i was 19 years old 2009 nakikila ko po yung hubby ko sa Fiesta ng baryo kung saan may disco.

You have to show that you exhausted every way you could to find him with his relatives, you visited his parents, home town and that you had some news that he may have already died.

If I were the prosecutor against you, my first move would be to check social media accounts and last known addresses to see if he can be found.

you can revert to your maiden name even now but if you were already using your married name in government IDs, you cannot ask them to change it back.
