I filed a Presumptive death of my missing spouse and was approved/granted by our municipal court 6 yrs ago. Until now, my spouse has not showed up and still no news of anything of his whereabouts. Now I have a new partner and wanted to get married. Do i need to update anything in court before i can get proceed to my 2nd marriage??

yes, you can file it, but you have to prove that you exhausted all efforts to find him and there are indications that he is already dead.
