Yung sa mediation po. So, hindi ko po kelangan nang atty? At saka po kelangan po ba 1 year muna aq sa company before ako makapagfile nang unfair dismissal?

wag mo pansinin, syempre kalaban mo yun. No need for one year, yun lang the amount that may be granted to you in illegal dismissal cases is usually relative dun sa length of service. Kaya it will be smaller compared to someone who has been there for 10 years.

1. I wouldn't know kung magkano salary mo or tax refund mo. Walang kang leaves with pay until mag one year ka sa company. This is true.
2. No hindi kelangan ng attorney. Although it would help para paliwanag nya sayo kung ano mga rights mo. An attorney would have told you wala kang VL na makukuha. Pero hindi requirement to proceed with the complaint

2. Payment of damages
3. Attorney's fee
4. Separtion pay or reinstatement
Bakit po may attorney's fee if ndi nman kelangan nang atty? S dec. 15 n po kc 2nd mediation nmin. If ok po sakin ung offer nila na 29,967.57, tpos n po ung case.
