I recently got into an accident involving me and a person who was walking along side the street. I was in the correct lane and was driving slowly but then the person walking on the side of the road suddenly shifted on his left to avoid another person walking so i was able to hit him. He suffered fractured foot. I was able to cover his medical bills. Am i liable to pay for his pay because he was not able to go to work and am i liable to pay for his transportation when going to work during his injury?
