Arresto Menor

My car was crashed by a building security guard who claimed to be a valet parking driver. Under what grounds should I sue the driver or his company?

Turns the security guard does not own a license as well.

Advice would be much appreciated.

Sue him for reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property. If he has no money to pay you, his employer will be subsidiarily liable for the payment.
