good morning. I neeed some pieces of advice.

I married a japanese last october 2010 but abandoned me on december at the same year.the next year i heard that he married another filipina.. for 6 years no news from him and cannot contact him. now I have a kid with another japanese. and want to get the child in japan. is it possible i can bring a child to japan to be trial in court .. even Im still married right now under the law. ? i also need a very trustworthy lawyer . i had one b4 but he just foll me and ask only huge amount of money but wasnot able to solve my problem. im afraid to trust again. thank u. hoping for your reply.

I'm so thankful u give attention to my post. what I mean is that How can we (me and my son) go to japan to do DNA test go to court in japan to apply for the legal paternity for my child... because the father of the child wants to invite the child to go to japan because he want to apply in court about his paternity with the child.. since i was married to the man who abandoned me when i gave birth with my child... he cannot put the child to his family register...that is why he wanted to bring the case in court in japan.. thank you Atty.
