hi.my sister is a 2nd year highschool student being bullied by a couple of senior highschool girls. She was being harrassed on her facebook account. One time she was confronted by these girls and the following day, one of the girl's aunt went to the school and joined the issue. She was in fact the one who made the threat on facebook and has said offensive words to my sister and her friend. What can we possibly do with this kind of situation? are threats made on facebook a valid ground to file a case against the aunt and the girls? thanks

it depends what was actually said and whether it legally constitutes a threat?

what is causing all of this?

do you live in the same municipality or city as the aunt and the other girls?

take screenshots and save the pages where the statements were made and the profiles of those who sent them.
