Good day po, currently im 6months pregnant po ngayon. Legally married po ako wala pa pong 1 year, at ang husband ko po ay seaman, uuwi po sya 2weeks bago ang due date ko pero alam ko pong hindi sya magpapakita samin dahil hindi na po maayos ang relasyon namin kaya sa mother in law ko sya uuwi sigurado..mahigit 1 month na rin po kami hindi naguusap kaya alam ko pong hindi n sya interesado samin. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung ano po gagawin ko kung ayaw nya pumirma sa birth certificate ng bata e sya nman talaga ang ama. Salamat po in advance.

I'm not a lawyer pero sa pagkaka alam ko, kung legally married ka eh di kailangan kilalanin ng tatay nya yung anak nyo since automatic na sya ang kikilalanin na ama nito sa mata ng batas.

i am a seafarer po at after ko po manganak balak ko po bumalik sa pagbabarko kapag pwede na. Maiiwan po ang newborn na anak ko sa parents ko po. My question now is pwede po bang kunin ng husband ko ang baby at itira nya sakanila? Hindi na po kami in good terms ng asawa ko so hindi na po kami nagsasama sa iisang bahay. Gusto ko nalang po sana na mag demand sakanya ng financial support pero natatakot po ako na baka kunin nya ang bata pag nakaalis po ako.
