Sir,

Gusto ko pa sana malaman kung mayroon memo ang BIR regarding sa hindi paggamit ng tamang resibo ito ay "sales order", "sales receipt". ?

ang alam ko ay ginagamit ang mga:

official receipt
sales invoice

salamat po.

It's a BIR DEMAND to have BOTH such even if never need to use them!
It's demanded to have them within - I believe it's a month from the registration - even when the business isn't runing yet, because slow handling by officials !!! Sad
If not fulfiled there is a punishment fee. I don't remember how much, but much for a small business.

The BIR encourages the public to report violations of non-issuance of receipt. Go to their regional office.

thanks po sa reply.

So yung mga namention kong "sales order/sales receipts" are hindi po valid?, marami po kasing ganyan sa mga mall na retail shop.

Well. BIR demand more,
but it's possible the by BIR not approved documents can have some proof value in other disputes.
