Arresto Menor

Hi po,
Gusto ko lang malaman kung ano ang requirements para house arrest lang ang maipataw sa mama ko instead n kulong. Guarantor po kasi sya then tumalbog ang checks na inissue ng may utang because of the circumstances n hindi nya kontrolado. 75 yo n po ang aking mama, naistroke sya 20 yrs ago, and now mahina na talaga. Kailangan nang nag aakay habang lumalakad sya. Possible po ba na house arrest lng instead na kulong kasi wala talaga kaming pambayad sa fine, sobrang laki. Salamat po.
