Ang 13th Month Pay po ba entitled ang isang employee kahit one month lang po sa isang company?

Kung ang Employment nya po Jan 15, 2016 at nag resign/terminated February 20, 2016 - entitled pa rin bo ba sya sa 13th Month?

What about po yong mga Trainees? Receiving Trainee Allowance only they are not entitled for the 13th month pay?

Yes basta employed ng at least 1 month, entitled ng 13th month pay.
