no sure kong valid ito. kapag maraming ng accumulate na tardiness, may suspension akong 5 days.

Preventive suspension ay ginagawa habang nag-iimbestiga ng kaso kung sakaling ang empleyado ay maaring makasagabal sa imbestigasyon o merong maaring gawing hindi maganda kung papasukin pa sya.

instant po ba ang pagpataw nitong preventive suspension? I mean kung my due process din po ba ito na sinosunod.

Dapat may mga kasulatan at detalye kung bakit binibigyan ng PS.

Dapat meron na rin kasamang notice to explain and schedule ng admin hearing.
