i've been an OIC for more than 2 years now, is that legal?
not getting any monetary benefits from the OIC position but getting all the responsibilities.

im just wondering, it's like you've been in a probationary status for quite a long time. i dont think its fair for the employee. the company is just using your talent and paying you not commensurate with the work that you are doing. if they think you are not capable why they keep you for a long time with the OIC position

its legal. You can be the designated OIC for your whole career. Up to the discretion of the company yan. The only advice i can give you is if you feel that you would be getting higher pay elsewhere, then try looking for another job nalang.
