Hi, atty..
After two scheduled arraignments, the defendant didn't appear. The fiscal informed us he's going to make already a resolution. My question is, how long will it take for a warrant to be released?
Another thing, will the warrant be helpful now that the accused is in Canada, and I KNOW exactly his address. The accused doesn't know that i was able to locate him..
Thank you once again..

arraignment? I believe what you mean are hearings on preliminary investigation.

i'm sorry to hear that he is in canada. the warrant cannot be enforced there. you will have to wait and monitor till he comes back then have it enforced.
