Kinasuhan po ang 12 dating empleyado ng malaking kumpanya at is a sun husband ko.qualified theft.nadismiss po ang case.wala saw pong matibay na ebidensya. After a months may dumating na resolution sa amin. Hindi po nreplyan ng asawa ko un at Hindi rin napuntahan.a month ago may letter po ulit na dumating it says na case denied daw po. Pwede pa po na umapila ulit ang complainant for the third time? Ano na po ang dapat gawin? Help pls..,.

the case was dismissed. they filed a motion for reconsideration; it was denied.

you won, even if you didn't do anything. there's nothing else to do.
