Arresto Menor

Effectivity date of RA 10911 or the Anti-age Discrimination Law was last August 15, 2016. DOLE has been directed to formulate the IRR within 90 days from effectivity. How would any violation of this law be dealt with within the period when the IRR is being formulated? What happens if the IRR has not been formulated within the 90 days period required by the law?

if hindi nila magawa before the 90 day period is up, papagalitan sila nang whoever directed them to do so.

What if the Department tasked to formulate the IRR is so inefficient and does not care when they complete the IRR, pagagalitan lang? Can they not just implement the law as stated in the RA?

wala tayong magagawa if inefficient sila. Possible pa nga na hinde pagalitan. You cannot implement a law without the IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
