Lawyers usually agree to that kind of payment set-up if it involves land or a big amount for settlement. You can go to PAO if you do not want to pay for lawyers fees and if you meet their requirements.

thanks,i cant afford a lawyer kasi and I don't think im qualified for the services of pao kasi over the limit ang sweldo ko.
