Hello,

May mga malayo akong kamag anak na for 80 years eh dito na sila nakatira lupa, bali rights lang ang meron sila dito sa lupa.

and then recently bigla na lang daw lumabas tong mga 'apo' raw ng mismong may ari ng lupa at pinapaalis sila

Ano po ba ang magandang gawin nila? meron po ba na dapat irelocate sila nung nag papaalis?

when you say "rights", what kind of right? Your remedies differ on what kind of rights you have.

IF they are just occupying the property by mere tolerance. wla silang magagawa kasi they occupied the place with the knowledge na someday, gagamitin rin ang place ng owner and they had to vacate the place if there is a demand coming from the owner. In your case, what they can do is to verify first if the persons claiming to be heirs are really the heirs of the owners. if they are really the heirs then wla silang magagawa kung gagamitin na sa heirs ang property.
